BATTERED BALL
I saw this baseball as I was crossing Barton Springs Road,
and something about its totally tattered state seemed weird.

ROCK SCULPTURE?
I'm really not sure what to make of this arrangement, but it was blocking much
of a newly reopened access path to the Lady Bird Lake hike and bike trail.

PARTY INVITATION
After washing some clothes, I found a clump of wadded purple paper inside of my
dryer. Later, I found a much larger clump of purple paper in my shorts pocket,
which you see here. Fortunately, the vital info about the party was still intact!

MEN PLAYING IN SAND
Last week, we had some Tibetan Monks creating a large sand
mandala in the foyer of our City Hall. From a staircase, I
took this overview photo of two monks hard at work.

(That's all for this week!)
