On Sunday, Annabel and I drove out to Gruene, Texas, for the Texas Clay
Festival, where we happened upon this poignant example of dog glamour.

BABY BANDIT
As I was feeding Isabel Bolinski -- my porch cat -- this morning (Wednesday), this
young rascal made an unexpected attempt at snaring a few morsels of Izzy's breakfast.
The mother of this raccoon and her four cubs have become regular visitors to my back deck.
